This Kiwi nod to the classic belgian tripel was something we have wanted to do for a while. Fermented very dry with an emphasis on the flavours derived from yeast and a assertive earthy hop backbone. Lightly phenolic with clean malt aromas a smooth mouthfeel and a dry crisp finish.
