Mixed fermentation session sour beer, long-aged in our cellar and spiced with black pepper and lemon peel. Brewed with local unmalted wheat ("filiera dei grani alti") and primary fermented with the house yeast BUNNY (Bologna Unknown Native Naughty Yeast)
