The dryhop was loaded with Strata and Mosaic, and the brew had a little of that good, dank, bitter Simcoe on the hot side. The beer tastes like orange peel and fresh apricot. There is a bitter punchiness and an aroma of fresh cut grass… the kind that goats love to munch on. It’s crushable but leaves a resinous, piney backbone that makes you go back for another sip again… and again… and again… It’ll be the quench you need as you do something mundane like taking apart a crib…
