Strawberries, cherries and an angel’s kiss in spring, this red ale was kettle soured before being aged in red wine barrels for six months on four different kinds of fruit and conditioned with two strains of Brettanomyces. Aromas of fresh berries are complemented by a mild Brett funk and the flavour is of tart bumbleberry pie, which finishes dry and begs for another sip.*may contain traces of lactose
