Mountain Crisp

Loaded with Eclipse and Citra Hops this beer is inspired by the crisp morning air off the Illawarra escarpment. A Cold IPA inspired West coast has all the ‘crispness’ of a cold IPA but brewed with an ale yeast at lager temperatures. Best enjoyed after a long day of hiking, mountain bike riding or climbing your favourite tree (if you’re into that kind of thing).
