"Halite" is a kettle soured Gose made with a hefty dose of freshly cracked corriander and Himalayan Pink salt, a type of Rock Salt. Rock salt is also known as the namesake of this beer: Halite.The beer has a heavy whirlpool steep addition and was dryhopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Equanot, and Cascade hops to promote the citrus character of the beer.Malt bill was composed of pale malt, malted and unmalted wheat, and a slight amount of malted oats (which is out of style) to cobtribute to mouth feel and haze.
