This beer is big, but balanced, due to the sheer volume of malt used during the mash we split this into 2 parts, using a blend of both domestic and imported malts give this beer a rich depth of flavor of both caramel, dried fruit, dark chocolate and coffee, during the maturation stage we add a further dose of Vanilla Cacao Nibs and Coffee Beans from Yunnan.
