As with everything from the brewery our Spiced Wheat Beer is completely natural, 100% organic and vegan. Raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised, this limited batch has been conditioning in the can for almost 3 months prior to release.As with all of our beers, this one was made with water from the farm’s borehole, organic whole grains and whole leaf hops. But this time, the wheat was our focus. We used both malted and unmalted whole wheat grains. Brewing with a high proportion of wheat like this adds a lot of texture and creaminess to the beer and a fluffy head when poured. The raw, unmalted wheat keeps the beer crisp and refreshing, balancing out the estery-fruitiness produced during fermentation.
