Passion To Peach is like to many of our newer beers, part of our ongoing experiments with ingredients.For this beer, we brewed a simple base beer, consisting of pilsner and wheat malt. It was then soured overnight with our in house technique, where we mix several trains of lactic acid bacteria. This give us a super clean, but also fuller tartness.We then fermented it with a clean american yeast strain, and then added kilos upon kilos of passion fruit and blood peach.Blood peach is a very interesting fruit, is tastes like a mix of raspberry and peach. It's flavor tremendous but subtle. It gives the beer a slightly pink-ish hue.
