What is a “Paw Paw”? Glad you asked! This unique tree fruit is found primarily in the eastern part of the United States and parts of Canada. With notes of banana, mango, and bright citrus, we thought it would make a fantastic addition to this classic American Pale Ale recipe. The paw paw comes through in an almost tropical way, with a touch of hop bitterness adding the needed balance.
