#SELECT (Simcoe 2024)

Описание

This past fall we had the great pleasure of being able to travel to Yakima and select hops. This year we selected for the varietal Simcoe. Straight up, three years in a row now, every single lot that was presented to us on the table was bangin’. It felt more like selecting through a spoil of riches than anything else, and in the end we feel like we chose a lot of Simcoe that smells better than anything else that has ever come across our olfactory system. For the last 3 years our Simcoe has come from Oregon, and this year is no different! We’re thrilled to be able to share our selection of Simcoe with you.
