Traditionally brewed to lure in farm labourers, Saison was the style that bought all the workers to the ‘yard’.The farmers would boast about their Saison being better than their neighbours and that they could teach them their learnings, but they would have to charge. Like most Saisons, Kelis boasts strong, spicy aromatics of clove, coriander and ginger with a dry bitter finish.
