Cosa Nostra

Описание

Collaboration with fellow Freo brewers Running With Thieves. A simple malt base with just enough dehusked black malt for colour and a huge whack of US hops in the whirlpool and dry hop. The hop expression is slightly old school - citrus, earthy and spicy - whilst the gentle dark choc notes provide just a sniff of the 'black beer' vibe. Its big, its bold and it's comforting.
