Mouth of Madness (Copper Wax)

This Imperial Stout was aged for 15 months in a Old Rip Van Winkle barrel. After emptying the barrel, we blended the stout with our Barrel Aged Bacchus which was aged 20 months in a Weller Special Reserve barrel. The blend lends layers of dark chocolate covered cherries, raisins, oak, and creamy vanilla.
