This one is for the hop heads. The malt carries through a strong bready, toasty aroma and flavour but the hops on this one are the focus. With a strong piney, woody, citrus and grapefruit aroma those notes continue on through to the taste. Weighing in at 69 IBU, a strong bitter grapefruit pith followed by pine and resin followed by a dominant but smooth lingering bitterness is what you should expect from this beer.
