100% Harrison apples, grown at Cobble Knoll Orchard, Vermont. The residual sweetness results from arrested fermentation. This is a beautiful showcasing of one of America’s greatest sparkling cider apple varieties. The flavor has notes of apricot, orange blossom honey, chamomile and slate. Pair with roast chicken or turkey, eggplant casseroles, or grilled cheese.
