Very much at the dark end of the spectrum, our Märzen is all things bread, biscuit, toffee and raisins but keeping the whole affair in check with balanced sweetness and machine tooled gulp-ability. Balanced again by a soft bitterness from Magnum in the boil, this is fermented again with our cellar favourite WLP833 lager yeast and lagered until it’s ready.
