Released this Christmas in memory of Queen Elizabeth II. This beer is based on the royal Christmas Pudding recipe shared by the Queen during her Silver Jubilee to mark Stir-up Sunday, “traditionally the day home cooks ‘stir up’ their Christmas pudding mixture. Brewed with mixed fruit, citrus peel & infused with Dark Rum & Brandy, we’ve given it an extra royal twist by adding Dubonnet (reportedly the Queen’s favourite tipple). Aged for 12 months on oak, the beer is drinking great now but should age beautifully over the next few years.
