Something important to know about our brewery dog, Holly: She loves her some peaches. So much so, in fact, that when the fruit we were planning to use in this beer began to ripen and fall from the tree, she inhaled them, pits and all. Even after a trip to the vet during which she had to have more than a dozen pits surgically removed from her stomach, we still can’t keep her away from our peach trees. You might feel similarly after your first sip of this mixed-fermentation golden ale, but don’t be like Holly: sip.
