Night Is Day

We love porters here at Brus, but we don't always make them as often as we'd like. Night In Day is the first porter we have brewed in a long time, and that deserved a twist.We brewed a fairly complex beer, using several roasted and chocolate malts, which a touch of caramel malt for a bit of extra sweetness. Then we added a bunch of Chinook in the kettle. This particular batch of Chinook is much more fruity than normal, and it plays wonderfully well together with the roasted malts.
