An exclusive barrel aged beer in collaboration with Bradley's, Cork's specialist off licence and the Cork Ale Trail partnership.An amber ale aged in ex Irish single malt ex bourbon for 9 months, finished in a blend of Pedro Ximinez sherry and chestnuts barrels for a further 3 months.Hints of caramel, toffee, candied nut aroma with an underlying caramelised dark fruit aroma. Coconut and vanilla, medium body with a medium dry lasting pleasant tannin, chestnut and sherry finish.
