At first a golden ale was prepared using a mix fermentation of belgian yeast and diferent strains of lactobacillus, Plantarum and Helveticus. After a few months a ginger bug was started. For 2 weeks this ginger was feeded with sugar and naturally fermented and after that added to the beer.After beer was finish pink grapefruit juice was used as primming sugar agent for bottle conditioning.
