Wheat Wine made with all local ingredients, including 100% organic barley, wheat and spelt from Gyrup Malt, Danish honey, and Copenhagen grown hops from our friends ByHumle. Aged for 14 months in small format Thy Whisky barrels (ex Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez sherry).Brewed in collaboration with Forager Brewery, Pleasanti Street, and Øllebrødre.
