Going back to basics, but very tasty basics!!!This American Pale Ale is a combination of just two malts and two hops.Extra Pale and Caramalt meets Cascade and Citra. A classic combination.The beer kicks in with a slight biscuity sweetness, followed by grapefruit, pine, and a whisper of tropical fruit.This is all finished off by a lingering bitterness.
