Brewed in collaboration with Tony Van Linden, the winner of the 2019 Champion Brewer at the Gold Coast Amateur Brewing Club is the CH-47 Chinook Rye IPA. Combining a childhood memory of his, chinook helicopters flying overhead as he grew up in Townsville and his adult love for Hops is a big malty, spicy chewy IPA. Landing at a solid 6.4% and naturally double dry hopped, once for each rotor with a large addition of Chinook and a dash of Centennial, making this very much an old school American IPA.
