Inspired by papaya milk, a tropical milkshake found in hawker centres and vacay destinations in the region. This creamy dessert-beverage brings alive childhood memories when school was out, and we approached this brew with the same carefree and unadulterated energy. The result is a fun and experimental IPA that features the candy-like, fruity characteristics of El Dorado hops, while backed by the complexity of Citra, Ekuanot and a touch of lactose. A complex fruit punch with subdued bitterness, cheers!
