Off the back of 2 DIPA's we loved, the only reasonable progression was to a TIPA (and if we keep following this trajectory we'll be at QIPA by the end of the year). Or are these all just fancy names for Imperial IPA's? Who knows.Being our biggest hazy IPA to date we decided to give it a very healthy does of Ekuanot Cryo in the whirlpool (ok, in reality Mike had a moment and hopped it as if we're standard T90 hops....and a full size batch ?).This TIPA was then double dry hopped with a blend of some of our favourite batches of Citra, Simcoe and Idaho-7. Think dank tropical fruits, Honeydew Melon and Papaya.
