NECTAR is slow-pour, double - decocted, and anything but simple. Deep amber in colour, it opens with layers of toasted bread crust, chewy toffee, and rich caramel, classic malt character that comes from time, not shortcuts. There’s a gentle nuttiness through the middle, with enough bitterness to pull it all into line. Hallertau and Hallertau Blanc hops bring a noble snap, earthy, herbal, a little floral - keeping things fresh and balanced. This is lager with texture. Old world technique, modern expression. Full flavoured, low fuss, and made to be savoured.
