Shelf Premium (Heaven Hill - Henry McKenna)

Описание

Shelf Premium is our double barrel aged stout series. It is first aged in an off the “shelf” (basically a bar rail grade) bourbon barrel, and then finished in a second bourbon barrel that is considered a “premium” brand. For this version we aged our base stout in a Heaven Hill bourbon barrel for 12 months, before transferring it to a Henry McKenna bourbon barrel to be aged an additional 12 months for a combined 24 months of total aging time in fresh dump bourbon barrels. The result is truly sublime and one of our favorite barrel aged beers released to date. We hope you love it!
