This batch includes Staghorn Sumac, which imparts a bright fruit punch aroma along with hibiscus notes; Wineberry, an invasive species, which brings raspberry jelly donuts to mind; and Mulberry, which provides a striking purple color and a beautiful earthy-berry aroma.
