Cherry Forest

Cherry Forrest is a semi-sweet, double oaked cider made with cox orange and golden russet apples and dark cherries. This cider had it's primary ferment in whisky barrels for three months. It was then aged with fermenting quince and rhubarb juice with big oxygen contact. The blend was again oaked using French oak chips. Thick and rich with big robust cherry flavours weighted by the wallop of deep oak toast.
