Due to spending two months in rum barrels, provided by Sydney rum distillers Brix, the pungent pirate aromas hit your nostrils as soon as they are above your glass.Immediate tastes are of cacao nibs and blackberries which are revealed to smaller notes amongst the warm and spicy rum infusion.
