We first stumbled upon East Sussex’s fantastic @thebeakbrewery about a year ago and were immediately blown away by their hop forward ales. Naturally we were mighty honored when they wanted to brew an IPA with us. Head brewer Robin Head-Fourman let us in on some secrets on brewing all wheat ales so we took these new insights and ran with them. But in true Apex fashion we DDH:ed it with Strata, Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin. The end result is nothing short of magnificent.
