Hazy IPA inspired mead. The mead had a 60 minute boil with Idaho-7, followed by Orange Blossom Honey, Peaches, Apricots, and Nectarines. Fermented with London Fog ale yeast, the mead was then dry hopped post fermentation with Citra.
