For our collaborative version with White Lion Brewing, we brewed the shared recipe from Weathered Souls (80% component of final beer) and blended it with two currently unreleased bourbon and rum barrel-aged beers (20%). The beer was then aged on Papua New Guinea Vanilla Beans.The resulting Imperial Stout is luscious, full-bodied, and offers an incredibly complex nose, with baked good aromas of cacao chunk brownies and brown sugar glazed hazelnut cookies. We are incredibly proud to share this beer with you.100% of the proceeds from sales of Black is Beautiful will be donated to Lawyers for Civil Rights.
