Belgian Quad with coffeeDark Coffee Roasters took some coffee beans and fermented them with Coconut to create the unique flavor in their Coco Bongo Coffee. The idea of coffee co-fermented with coconut was so interesting to us that we took a vintage keg of our Concrete Forest Belgian and added the Coco Bongo to it! The result is a fruit forward malty but not too sweet brew!
