In this edition we’ve used a new hop to us in the form of New Zealand Nectaron, We’re getting loads of passionfruit, apricot, peach & tangerine from this hop variety, alongside a little dankness that isnt unwelcome. We’ve also changed our house yeast blend to add more fruity esters, alongside a smooth creamier mouthfeel.
