This west coast pale ale is the first brew of many to come from the Waterloo brewhouse!A light malt base of Pale, Munich 1 and just a touch of Crystal give light body and light colour. Chinook for bittering with Simcoe, Mosaic and Manderina Baveria give a pine punch on the nose with sharp citrus, green herb and an assertive bitterness. Super light body and dry finish make this an absolute crusher!
