This saison, conditioned on farm-grown Concord grapes and hand-picked wild grapes, both from Broad Wing Farm, is ultra dry, slightly acidic, and pleasantly musty with deep, dark fruit notes. Our ongoing saison culture presents tart berry and subtle black pepper flavors. One of our most lovely saisons yet!
