Описание

Brewed with equal parts pilsner malt and wheat malt. We used a traditional step mash along with hopping of aged whole leaf hops and Stryian Goldings for aromatics and flavor. We pitched this beer with our house saison culture and fermented and aged it in oak for 11 months before dry hopping it with Stryian Goldings. Drinks light and refreshing with a pear forward hoppy profile and a nicely balanced acidity.
