A lovely rustic German style lager, pale with an orange tint, lovely fresh malt character with a hint of citrus from Amarillo hops. Naturally tank conditioned.Brewer's Notes: we wanted to brew a traditional style with a modern twist. A refreshingly and drinkable lager, naturally conditioned in the tank, with a little dry note from rye in the malt base, and nice hint of citrus from a choice of a non-traditional hop for the style, Amarillo.Ingredients: malted barley, rye, hops and yeast
