A blend of 3 cabernet sauvignon barrels that aged dark sour for 30 months and 2 sauvignon blanc barrel barrels that aged golden sour for 14 and 8 months respectively. Look for chocolate, toffee, and leathery tobacco atop big plum notes and driving acidity. Approachable, but not for the faint of heart.
