Ol' Henderson Blues

Brewed with fresh, local Blueberries from Henderson Farms in Avinger, TX, this farmhouse style fruited Saison is fairly dry with pleasant fruity esters and yeast-derived phenols up front. A low to moderate tartness is present but is refreshing and not overpowering. The ale finishes with light malts which are slightly bready and the Blueberries linger a bit on the palate.
