One of four collaborations as part of the international Sour Cities Project, made exclusively for the Thai market to highlight unique sour flavors from both Hong Kong & Bangkok. OrTorKor(ตลาด อตก) is Bangkok’s highest-quality green market & is a destination for chefs and tourists. This beer was aged 18 months in a French Oak Chardonnay barrel, then infused with fresh calamansi, lime leaf & turmeric from OrTorKor.Nose: Earthy funk, with clear bright citrus & tropical notes, slight farmyard notes.Appearance: Bright amber pour, good clarity. Low white headTaste: Clear contrast between oaky, vinous notes from the barrel & bright citrus from the Calamansi & Lime Leaf. Slight acidity & herbal funkiness, with some earthy turmeric spice.
