Nightfall

Описание

Crush this beer. Now. Nightfall continues our love affair with thiol maximization in the context of hoppy pale ale brewership. Here we feature a grist change for the purpose of free thiol contribution, and mash hop with lot-specific Mosaic T90. The whirlpool further integrates a healthy proportion more of lot-specific Mosaic T90 in addition to the one and only PHANTASM. Dry-hopped with Mosaic, Cashmere and Idaho 7 we hope you enjoy this one as much as we do. Crush Nightfall and enjoy!
