Welcome to the brainchild of Jimmy Gustafsson, our resident barfly and passionate homebrewer. Jimmy has a habit of showing up with little surprises under his arm,this time, he’s treated us to an American IPA that he’s christened “Tropical Daydream.”. It was so good that I had to invite him to do a colab with us and share it with you all.True to its name, this beer is like a short holiday in a glass. Bursting with juicy tropical fruit aromas, it strikes a fine balance between bright, fruity hop character and a crisp, clean finish. It’s bold without being overwhelming, refreshing without being forgettable — the kind of IPA that invites you back for another sip before you’ve even put the glass down.
