Momo Pale Ale is a riff on an old Hoppy Lager recipe from way back. Dosed multiple times with one of our all time favorite hops Mosaic and fermented warm with a new to us yeast we're getting lush papaya and cantaloupe notes balanced with a firm bitterness.
