IT TAKES THREE TO TANGO //Our good friends at @brewculture tipped us off on a brand new hop bursting with tropical goodness and so naturally we needed to try it…and by try it, we mean throw bags and bags of it into a new triple IPA. Tango*, developed by @seitzfarm in Germany, is super dynamic with big notes of mango, pineapple, cassis, and geranium. We combined it with stalwarts Citra and Azacca and laid it on a bed of Canadian Pilsner, Oats, and Spelt to create a beer that is soft, dry, and begs to be known. Right now**, we’re getting big aromas and flavours of Papaya Flesh, Young Mango, Pineapple, Orange Rind, Dankness, Cassis & Geranium.
