Designed and crafted by our Port Adelaide Packaging Crew, this specialty ale takes inspiration from blueberry crumble pie, and the results are delectable…A grain bill of pale, toffee, and roasted malts gives it a sturdy chassis - one needed to support the array of specialty ingredients. In this case, that’s blueberries, lemon juice, and a fully prepared crumble that went into the mash.It pours a wonderful purplish colour, with a thick head of foam. Expect bouncy aromas of citrus, berry, and biscuit. On the palate, it’s quick and fresh, with hints of berry pie, and a clean, refreshing tartness.
