For batch #400 we aged a double bock in Widow Jane bourbon barrels wich previously held whiskey and later our very own mead collab.Dazzling tastes of vanilla and caramel emerge from this aging process. The mead also gives this beer a hint of honey, which feels right at home in this rich amber beer.Crispness is in high definition, thanks to the exquisite malt backbone that is trøndersk Fairytale Munich malt, straight from the crafty fields of Bonsak Gårdsmalteri. Additionally we have belgian candy syrup shining through with its robust personality to add yet more layers.
